JEE Mains 2024 Result Latest News:
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to declare the results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 session 1 on February 12. Once released, candidates can access it on jeemain.nta.ac.in. The final answer key for the entrance examination is also pending. Applicants should utilize their application number and date of birth to download JEE Mains scorecards.
The first session of JEE Main 2024 happened on January 24, 27, 29, 30, 31, and February 1. The BArch and BPlanning exams (paper 2) were on the first day, while the BE/BTech exams (paper 1) were on the other days.
About 12.3 lakh candidates registered for both papers of JEE Mains, with around 11.7 lakh actually taking the test.

JEE Main 2024: No complaints will be addressed after the answer key
The result will be calculated using the officially declared final answer key. No concerns regarding the answer key(s) will be entertained after the announcement of the JEE (Main) – 2024 result/NTA Score.
For JEE Main 2024, here’s how the marking works:
(i) If you get the correct answer or the most suitable one, you get four marks (+4).
(ii) If you mark an incorrect option, you lose one mark (-1).
(iii) If you leave a question unanswered or mark it for review, you don’t gain or lose any marks (0).
(iv) If there are multiple correct options, you’ll get four marks (+4) only if you marked any of them.
(v) If all options are correct and you attempt the question, you get four marks (+4).
For JEE Main 2024: here’s how many candidates are registered
For the JEE Main 2024 exam, there were 12,31,874 candidates who signed up for both papers. Out of these, 11,70,036 actually participated in the test.
